In 2010 LAe worked on the renovation of a 1927 Art Nouveau building and was awarded the prestigious ``Casa Clima Award`` 2010.
HOW WE WORK
How we work
We dedicate the first phase to gaining an in-depth understanding of customers and their needs. Once these have been defined, we proceed with studying the site where the intervention is planned. We combine the site’s potential and the customer’s desires in a project which, once approved, we arrange to have priced by specialist companies. We create very detailed works lists to ensure better management of expenses during the construction phase. We offer customers a cost-and-time forecast as well as a statement of the tax benefits applicable to their expenses.
