Arch. Lucia Corti
Lucia Corti graduated in architecture from IUAV in Venice. A freelance professional since 1992, she collaborated for three years with the Carli & Moschino studio in Padua, with architect Francesco Pascali in Mantua, and later founded the LAe Laboratorio di Architettura ecologica.
She is a lecturer at CasaClima Agency in Bolzano and in second-level Master’s programmes at LUMSA University and La Sapienza University in Rome. She is also a co-author of the book “CasaClima R: Historic Buildings with High Energy Efficiency,” published in 2013.
Her interests and ongoing research activities focus on the re-development of existing, historical, and listed buildings, energy efficiency, bioclimatic design, and the use of eco-compatible materials. These aspects combine an extremely rigorous work practice with the use of cutting-edge technologies.
Lucia’s collaboration with numerous professionals who worked and trained at the Padua office has materialised into the network operating under the LAe brand in Padua and Anghiari.
