A late 19th-century rural residence nestled on the sunlit slope of a verdant terraced valley, surrounded by vineyards within the natural reserve of the Colli Euganei. Our project envisions a renovation and energy efficiency improvement in harmony with the landscape design of the surrounding areas, respecting the rustic and frugal yet highly energy-efficient characteristics of the dwelling.

The key elements of our “integrated architectural design” include seismic enhancement, reconfiguration, and reorganization of various areas in the surrounding landscape, coupled with high-level electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. This approach combines the diverse skills and expertise of various technical professionsl, resulting in a cohesive outcome in a complex and delicate territorial context.
