The project focuses on renovating a “barchessa,” a rural building associated with a historic villa in the province of Padova.

A residential unit has been created within the section that originally accommodated stables and a hayloft, reshaping the layout of interior spaces and incorporating insulation measures for the walls, roof, and ground floor.

Careful attention to the treatment of existing historic characteristics has preserved the timeless atmosphere that this ancient property embodies.
