RENOVATION REQUALIFICATION OF TWO FARMHOUSES IN THE PROVINCE OF TREVISO

A project for hospitality and tourist lodging involving the energy requalification of two ancient farmhouses in an immaculate setting where the surrounding hills remain exactly as they were hundreds of years ago.
Fundamental criteria guiding the design include thermal insulation such as internal cladding, radiant systems ensuring internal climate control according to CasaClima standards, controlled mechanical ventilation, and access to renewable energy sources for energy production guaranteed by the supply of timber from surrounding forests.
These historic properties, situated in a seismic risk zone 2, will undergo significant seismic improvement operations during the restoration and energy requalification processes.
