RENOVATION AND ENERGY REQUALIFICATION OF A 1930S PROPERTY IN PADOVA

A substantial semi-detached building from the 1930s, situated in Padova and facing a bustling thoroughfare.
Careful insulation and reconfiguration of interior spaces have facilitated the creation of two charming and supremely comfortable residential units.

In this building, an expansion and energy upgrade won certification from the CasaClima agency in Bolzano under the R class – CasaClima remediation.

But it’s more than just a plaque…
The energy upgrade of a property can also gain recognition from a third-party organization not involved in the design and construction: the CasaClima agency.
CasaClima Agency oversight ensures precise structural solutions, both in construction and systems, through a series of on-site audits conducted by specialized and independent personnel. If a property fails to meet the requirements, it does not receive CasaClima certification.
