RENOVATION WITH EXPANSION AND ENERGY UPGRADE OF A 1920s BUILDING IN PADOVA

A building from the 1920s, modest in size and surrounded by a large garden. Meticulous attention to restoration of the original features and insulation enhancements have not only restored the house’s original beauty but also introduced essential contemporary living comfort. This project serves as a Pilot Protocol for creating certification for historic buildings under the CasaClima agency in Bolzano.

This property is one of the four CasaClima R buildings in the province of Padova, all certified by the Laboratory of Ecological Architecture.
The CasaClima plaque serves as visible proof that the building adheres to the quality criteria set by the CasaClima Agency.
