RESTORATION AND ENERGY UPGRADE OF A LIBERTY BUILDING IN PADOVA

An esteemed property meticulously renovated, emphasizing the recovery of original materials and artifacts alongside energy improvement. Adequate insulation and upgraded systems have significantly reduced energy consumption from 28 to 3.8 liters/sqm per year. The interiors exude captivating charm, harmonizing seamlessly with elevated comfort levels. This restoration project earned the CasaClima Award 2010 in the “renovation” category.

It stands as one of the four CasaClima R buildings in the province of Padova, all certified by the Laboratory of Ecological Architecture.
The CasaClima plaque serves as visible proof that the building adheres to the quality criteria set by the CasaClima Agency.
